2.Plan and maintain promotional budget
3.Perform BTL activities planning & execution
4.Prepare & analyse monthly sales result
Project accurate sales forecast based on sales trend
5.Maintain customer relationships for future purchases
6.Participates/leads in marketing events, such as marketing sampling & pop up events as needed
7.Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
8.Lead & execute new marketing strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals
9.Lead the corporate marketing initiatives via social media to launch content campaigns designed to drive and measure leads and increase company's awareness
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG or Consumer Products.
- Having a cross functional experience such as in Marketing, Modern Trade or General Trade sales experience is added advantage.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skil
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
