Job Details:
- Maximize sales to meet sales target and preserve the company’s high standards of customer satisfaction
- Organize sales visit to get customer requirements and present products to make a sale
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long lasting customer satisfaction
- Make cold calls to arrange meetings or store visit with potential customers to prospect for new sale
- Develop strong relationships with key designers to generate sale opportunity
- Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales
- Create sales document to present to customers, as part of project proposal or bidding process
- Produce purchase order and communicate closely with other departments to ensure product delivery, billing and payment are collected as planned
- Liaise with marketing team / brand headquarter in terms of promotional campaigns, and upcoming events; provide relevant information to key customers on regular basis
- Collect sales and customer data to produce timely sale forecast and sale performance report
- Other responsibilities as assigned
