- Clearly understand system architecture, both logical and physical with an eye to scalability and efficiency.
- Deploy data/software/application as recommend by project team.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to internal and external business partners or End user.
- Device management support, including with event, issue log, data support, problem solving and recommendation.
- Providing customer training around our products or services.
- Collaborate directly with technical team i.e. Accountant, System Analyst, Software Developer to deliver application resolution.
