As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the growth of the lab safety and chromatography product line within a heavily industrialized region. We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to market expansion.
Responsibilities:
1.Promote and sell lab safety products in retails and project scale, chemicals, and chromatography supplies to clients across Eastern Thailand, focusing on Chonburi and Rayong.
2.Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, research labs, universities and academic institute to expand market reach.
3.Identify customer needs and provide complete solutions to enhance lab safety and efficiency.
4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, handle inquiries, and preliminary troubleshooting technical issues.
5.Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and create marketing webinar/seminar opportunities.
6.Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to team growth.
7.Prepare regular sales reports and participate in meetings with the manager to review progress, align strategies, and address challenges.
