รายละเอียดงาน
1. Assess and qualify potential suppliers based on their capabilities, quality management systems, and adherence to industry standards.
2. Conduct regular supplier audits to evaluate and monitor their processes, quality controls, and compliance with contractual requirements.
3. Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection protocols for incoming materials and components.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and production, to communicate quality expectations and address supplier-related issues.
6. Conduct root cause analysis for supplier-related defects and non-conformities, and work with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and materials.
- Experience in working with global suppliers and managing international supplier relationships is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives through supplier collaboration.
- Nationality: Myanmar / Thailand
