In this role, you’ll manage front desk activities, handle inquiries, support administrative functions, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Welcome clients warmly, assist with check-ins, and guide them through our services.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy, optimize bookings, and coordinate with the clinical team.
Customer Inquiries: Provide detailed information about our services, answering questions related to treatments, pricing, and promotions.
Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, process payments, and manage paperwork with confidentiality and efficiency.
Communication: Liaise with the clinic’s medical and administrative teams to ensure effective communication and smooth service delivery.
Clinic Environment: Keep the reception area organized and inviting, reflecting our welcoming and positive ambiance.
