At least 1 year experience in a similar position (restaurant / store manager etc.)
Very high level of proven service skills
A neat & professional appearance
A customer-first attitude with strong people skills
Excellent communication & management skills
Ability to think “outside of the box”
Ability to manage, motivate & grow a team of skilled co-workers
A willingness for creating a warm, inviting environment for workers & customers
