- Oversee the day-to-day operations of villa properties, ensuring that all properties meet the company's operational standards for cleanliness, maintenance, guest service, and overall experience.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and systems across all areas, including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and hotel inspections.
- Ensure hotel are well-presented, stocked, and ready for guest arrival, maintaining a high standard of quality across all properties.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations, improving both guest and staff experiences.
2. Staff Management:
- Supervise and manage operational staff, including housekeepers, maintenance teams, guest services staff, and other property personnel.
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff are up-to-date with operational standards and guest service protocols.
3. Guest Services and Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards, handling any guest concerns or issues that arise during their stay.
- Oversee the guest check-in/check-out process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement, responding promptly to complaints and suggestions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
4. Property Maintenance and Inspections:
- Oversee regular inspections and preventative maintenance for all hotel, ensuring that properties are in top condition and fully operational.
- Coordinate and monitor repairs, renovations, and upgrades to properties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, including fire safety, insurance requirements, and guest safety standards.
- Maintain a system for tracking and addressing maintenance issues, working with maintenance.
