Responsibilities
-Local content tax knowledge.
-Primary Responsibilities is managing purchasing price and Regional Value Content (RVC/LC)/ Local content.
-Responsible for collect, monitor, analysis and study data related to the requirements of the Regional Value Content
-Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that local content RVC/LC is achieved company target.
-Coordinate with related department to confirm RVC/LC before arrange shipment.
-Find out counter-measure to increase RVC/LC percentage.
-Correspond the related Import-Export data.
-Maintains and applies regulatory expertise in the Regional Value Content (RVC/LC)
-Provide interpretation and regulatory guidance on matters related to RVC/LC qualification.
-Reviews, validates, and provides submissions and responses to Thailand Custom.
-Coordinates compilation of cost estimates for future model sourcing changes; analyzes and provides information on past, current, and future model or unit programs to all areas of the company.
-Prepares and presents cost analysis and reports to management and helps determine recommendations and financial impact of items being studied; leads annual RVC/LC reconciliations for applicable and reports results to upper management as required.
-As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above, automobiles, business, or other related subject.
- More than 3 years of purchasing cost analysis or work experience for Local content.
- Familiar with automotive industry supplier chain in Thailand.
- Certain financial and tax knowledge, can do cost analysis.
- Good English , Speaking Chinese is prefer.
- Strong communication awareness , proactive.
- Familiar with MS Office， familiar with SAP system is prefer.
- Local content tax knowledge.
