3.Support employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
4.Lead talent management and development programs to ensure employee growth and retention.
5.Implement performance management processes and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Recruitment and recruitment, job announcements, interview appointments and liaisons with relevant departments
• Prepare and supervise staff documents such as employment contracts, notice, leave and other documents.
• Oversee the new staff onboarding process, including orientation and preparation of documents.
• Coordinate Staff Training and Potential Development
• Oversee the recording of working hours, leave, absences, and initial performance evaluation.
• Audit and provide salary and welfare information in conjunction with the Accounting / Finance Division
• Oversee and coordinate regulations within the company.
• Advice or assist staff in matters related to HR work
• Other tasks as assigned by the commanding officer
