ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ฺB2C ร้านค้าปลีก รายย่อย Automotive Parts) - CSM

เงินเดือน40,000 - 60,000 THB (depend on skills & experience)

รายละเอียดงาน
1) Work with Senior Sales Manager to set up annual sales target in Ltr, sales margin, marketing activity plan, and marketing budget by Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly.
2) Work with sales team to set up sales plan and sales target by each sales representative to achieve total sales target.as well as new customers.
3) Monitor sales team to achieve sales target on Monthly / Quarterly basis. Tracking sales performance.
4) Monitor customer / market / competitor and working with Senior Sales Manager to adjust pricing / sales promotion to ensure company competitiveness & achieve target.
5) Build up relationship with customers in all channels
6) Work with Senior Sales Manager to coordinate with Production team with regarding to production plan & ensure delivery on time.
7) Support accounting department for Customer Credit management ensure sales representative to follow up customers bill payment.
8) Identify & Develop a Distribution Network within the country to achieve Company Growth objective.
9) Recruit, when necessary, new staff(s) for ENEOS Sales team.
10) Visit new customers before open new account to prevent channel conflict.
11) Coordinate with QC/QA team for product control
12) Checking job description for Sales Team/ Checking Commission and incentive score for Sales Team
13) Approve for new customers approval form and purchasing order
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
- Strong selling skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill and leadership skill
- Be a team player and ability to build productive, collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Assistant Manager in field of engine oil, battery, spare parts, or car tires.
- Experience with B2C customers, retail stores, and small business clients in the automotive parts sector.
- Own car with driving license
