รายละเอียดงาน
- Verify the accuracy of purchase orders.
- Compare prices, quality, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure complete delivery.
- Provide necessary information to quality assurance or warehouse departments for accurate receipt of goods.
- Follow up on product returns to maximize organizational benefits.
- Lead contract agreement process with supplier in all aspect such as MOQ, credit term.
- Collaborate with key stakeholder on supplier assessment, evaluates potential suppliers, and manages the overall supplier qualification process.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Solves sourcing problems by analyzing possibilities solutions using technical experience, judgment with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Drive the cost and initiate cost saving activity to meet the target.
- Able to work with cross functional teams and support new project requirements.
- Center of program information and interface with other stakeholders as a representative of purchasing
Initiate continuous improvement in purchasing process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement policies, contract management, and import regulations.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
- Age 30 years and above
