1Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
2Prepare and deliver sales reports and documentation, including comprehensive sales summaries and other reports as assigned.
3Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
4Send Promotion to Key retailers on timely basis and ensure the promotion is confirmed by buyers.
5Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information i.e. in CRM system (Zoho).
6Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
7Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or online channel, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
8Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
9Accurately setting an online promotion in key online channel platform
10Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members as needed.
11Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
12Participate and assist on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences as well as on sales activities in specific places
13Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.
