รายละเอียดงาน
1.Develop and modify CNC Programs using CNC lathe to create parts as per specifications.
2.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD model to ensure accurate program creation.
3.Optimize programs for efficiency, minimizing cycle time and tool while maintaining precision.
4.Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operation of CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues.
5.Make adjustments to machine setting and programs as needed to meet production goals and ensure product quality
6.Communicate clearly and effectively in English to coordinate with team members and handle technical documents.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Diploma with more than 2 years experience in CNC Auto Lathe
- Master CAM or related software needed
- Auto Lathe Programming skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation
- Good team player and excellent communication skills
- English communication skills both speaking & writing
- Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques , lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience in tooling, material and machining processes
- Famiia with 5-axis programming
