รายละเอียดงาน
1.Develop and modify CNC Programs using MasterCAM to create parts as per design specifications. 2.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints,and CAD model to ensure accurate program creation. 3.Optimize programs for efficiency, minimizing cycle time and tool while maintaining precision. 4.Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operation of CNC machines and troubleshoot and issues. 5.Stay up to date with the latest development in MasterCAM software and manufacturing techniques 6.Conduct simulations tests to validate programs before production 7.Make adjustments to machine setting and programs as needed to meet production goals and ensure product quality 8.Communicate clearly and effectively in English to coordinate with team members and handle technical documents.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Diploma or Barchelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
  3. Proficiency in MasterCAM software (requied)
  4. Experience in CNC programming and machining
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
  6. Good problem-solving and analytic skills
  7. Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  9. Able to communicate in English,both written and verbal, to understand technical documentation and collaborate with team.
  10. Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques , lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis
  11. Experience with tooling, materials and machining processes
  12. Familiarity with 5-axis programming and complex geometries.
