We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for a global electronics manufacturing organization. This role will work closely with an expatriate manager to ensure a high-performance work environment and a cohesive team culture across the 350-person organization. The HR Manager will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with global and local HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, working with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering an open and inclusive environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including regular appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Identify and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to the expatriate manager and senior management to support decision-making.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
