-Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
-Monitor client accounts and ensure they are utilizing ChillPay's services effectively.
-Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met.
-Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to ensure client retention.
-Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Google G-Suit and Microsoft Office Suite.
