• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Monitor and create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet service deadlines.
• Evaluate daily service operations and monitor work progress.
• Consult and support customers in the Industrial (Exposure machine, Electronics industry PCB)
• After-sales service support Installing/prevention and maintenance
• Working in Prachinburi area, Industrial Estate 304 & Head office in Bangkok (Bangna Thani Tower)
