As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proposing business solution services to customers and generating sales to achieve maximum profitability and growth within an assigned territory. You will expand the market by effectively identifying and selling the company's services, while also strengthening relationships with customers.
Responsibility:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements.
- Review and analyze sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gathering and updating market and customer information.
- Liaise with customers and the operations team to ensure accurate and on-time delivery arrangements.
- Monitor and control customer payments.
- Organize customer visits, conferences, and events to promote the company’s services and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Control Sales Forecast for accuracy and expenses.

- Excellent skills in managing multiple stakeholders and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with the ability to establish both personal and professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a "Can-do attitude".
- Willingness to travel and work in up-country areas, with 70% of working time spent on the road.
