𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐳𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐂𝐨., 𝐋𝐭𝐝. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our Kanchanaburi factory. The successful candidate will ensure efficient management, smooth operations, and strategic planning of warehouse layouts and systems for future expansions. This role supports the rapid growth of our 𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐲 franchise, which is opening new branches across Thailand. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 1. Plan and control inventory management efficiently. 2. Supervise and inspect employee performance. 3. Participate in quality inspection of goods by random sampling according to AQL tables/products/raw materials during receiving and dispatching, and ensure proper storage and system accuracy. 4. Collaborate with managers and relevant department heads to create quality system documents. 5. Coordinate with relevant departments. 6. Communicate information and organize meetings for the raw materials and supplies department. 7. Train employees on operational procedures. 8. Report operational results, issues, and efficiency to supervisors regularly. 9. Establish safety regulations for warehouse management. 10. Continuously improve work efficiency. 11. Perform other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in warehouse management, including: Planning and layout design, Using warehouse management software in a food manufacturing environment with international quality standards
Experienced in managing warehouse operations in a food manufacturing industry that meets BRC standards.
Strong personality and professional demeanor
Excellent cost management skills
Capability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
Ability to present projects and communicate effectively in public
Thai nationality, good personality, age not exceeding 45 years.
