- Create and track sales performance indicators, including revenue, customer conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the sales team, including recruiting, training and managing employees.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions and initiatives.
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Create and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Create budgets and manage resources to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Develop sales strategies to build customer loyalty and retention.
- Present and demonstrate property products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Provide an excellent customer service.
- Track and respond to customer feedback and sales trends.
- Keep up to date on the latest competitors' campaigns and products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in property sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of property products and services.
- Strong command of English. Knowing Russian/Chinese would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with leadership and as part of a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
