รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations. Manage waste disposal, emissions, and effluent treatment processes to minimize environmental impact.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on health and safety practices, emergency response, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Conduct drills to ensure preparedness for fires, chemical spills, and other.
- Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Act as the point of contact for regulatory agencies. Manage inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and policies to ensure a safe workplace. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to identify causes and implement corrective measures. Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including occasional exposure to industrial environments.
- Willingness to respond to emergencies outside of standard working hours if needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher of Science in Environmental, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- Having 5 years experiences in Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication skill and Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with team/cross functional team
- Good communication in English.
