- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse meets health and safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
- Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management, with a minimum of 5 years as a Warehouse Manager or in a comparable role within the Home Appliances manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
