รายละเอียดงาน
-Develop, implement quality and inventory control policies to maintain high standard of product quality, safety and accurate inventory management.
-Supervise and coordinate inventory activities, including receiving, storing, issuing goods and conducting regular stock audit to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
-Conduct inspections of incoming Raw Material, Packaging, Finished goods to identify deviations from quality standards and address quality issues promptly.
-Oversee inventory levels, monitor inventory performance metrics, and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, turnover rate and carrying costs.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory movement, resolve quality related issues and meet operational needs.
-Develop and mentor inventory and quality control staff to ensure. compliance with procedures, regulations and safety standards.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using inventory management systems or software.
-Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve inventory-related issues, including shortages, overages and quality concerns.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to inventory management, quality control and safety.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in inventory management or quality control roles within skincare or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in developing and implement quality and inventory control and management systems or software.
- Comprehensive understanding of quality control procedures, inventory management principles, and regulatory requirements within the skincare, cosmetic or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytic skills to monitor inventory performance metrics, identify trends and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, turnover rate and carrying costs.
- Able to work in location of Nong Chok, Chachaengsao province.
- Warehouse Supervisor is able to work for 6 days per week /and Warehouse manager work for 5 days per week.
