Job description: Resident Engineer
• Support CRTT OEM plants for Wheel India products and other supplier inside
• Be primary customer contact for all quality issues
• Assist Wheels India to get good understanding of quality related customer expectation. Get clear
customer requirement on assembly plant return and warranty return
• Able to analyze retum parts at the first level, follow up customer complaints or quality issues and
drive them to closure on time
• Be the key person to manage the communication between customer and Wheels India and other
supplier inside and near industrial estate.
• Support product launch in customers' plants, Lead Thailand onsite support for customer build.
• Be the contact window for any changes affer SOP and drive the change for customer's approval
smoothly
• Verify Wheels India and other supplier inside product warranty returns at customer warranty
warchouse and feedback warranty return data
• Other work from leader request.
ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 08:00 - 17:00 น. หยุดเสาร์/อาทิตย์และนักขัตฤกษ์ (1 เสาร์ทำงาน/เดือน)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ยานยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่/และมีพาหนะเป็นของตัวเอง
- สามารถเดินทางออกต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office อย่างเชียวชาญ
