Working Hours: Monday - Friday / Working Shift Schedule (Saturdays as company calendar) / 8.30 - 17.30
Responsibilities :
- Network Infrastructure Monitoring and Support 24*7 shift rotation (Work 5 off 2)
- Configuration maintain various network and security devices (e.g Cisco Palo-alto VPN QOS Dynamic Routing)
- Network troubleshooting and fault analysis by remote access based.
- Trouble ticket update info and response, Communicate with carrier / Vendor in hand (Case by case)
- Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis tools

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience 1-3 years
- Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tool
- Be familiar with Cisco products.
- Be familiar with Load Balancer equipment
- Be familiar with a Firewall appliance
- Be familiar with support operation
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
