รายละเอียดงาน
-Make mold maintenance and report to the manager.
-In charge of start-up adjustment mold and machine.
-Control an equipment list, control, repair, and or change report.
-Document control (ISO 9001 & 13485, GMP, etc.)
-Support for new models, process quality assurance (validation and revalidation in the injection process), 5s in the mold shop
-Performing inspections of equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed.
-Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools used in manufacturing processes
-Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, tools, and other items used in manufacturing processes
-Installing and repairing equipment and machine in the manufacturing
-Helping to develop a maintenance plan for machines to ensure that it stays in good working condition on time
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or above in Molding, Plastic, Tool & Die, Production Technology
- Minimum 5 years’ experience background in the injection molding process.
- Experience in Injection Molding, Mold Set-Up, Mold Validation, and Process Development.
- Excellent Plastic Injection, Plastic Mold Produced, Project of Plastic Injection handle.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word, Auto CAD, Solid Work
- Technical competency in problem-solving.
- Proactive, Flexible, good attitude, Teamwork, Positive Thinking.
