Responsibilities • Prepare and follow-up the Operation Budget and the cost Budget. • Product calculations and analysis (Cost, Salary, IPO and overheads). • Production planning and statistics. Improve and provide technical support • Supply chain Management, Inventory Control and Cost monitoring. • Stock follow up of raw materials, packaging, work in process and finished goods. • Manpower and wages policy within the fields of responsibility (with approval of GM/MD). • Coordinate the training of staff to ensure all Gallothai products meet the quality requirements. • Product quality and utilization of the material, including BRC GMP and HACCP • Productivity and efficiency monitoring and reporting. • Assist with product development and trials as required • External contact with the authorities (the FDA, OYO, Factories Inspectorate, employees' health service …) when it’s necessary • Environment and safety internal and external for the whole company • Member of the Management • Production/factory management (including site admin, supply chain) – with emphasis on process improvements/efficiency improvements • Quality – maintaining BRC A certification (Needs to have worked with food safety standards)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Local Thai from Korat region
Fluent in Thai and English languages
Strong leadership skills good in communication and people management skills
Capacity to develop a site/plant to a state of the art food production facility.
Able to determine and control operational budgets and cost reduction programs.
Apply policies on Quality, Food hygiene, safety and environmental issues, experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC etc.
Extensive knowledge of products, ingredient composition and installations used on the site
Expertise in industrial operations related to equipment, production processes, purchasing, logistics and maintenance
Help develop the BU strategies and manufacturing strategy related to his/her site
Able to supervise all reporting departments use KPI’s to benchmark and set trends
Basic knowledge of applied R&D management
Knowledge of Microsoft office and ERP system
Be able to manage in a matrix organization
