• Prepare and follow-up the Operation Budget and the cost
Budget.
• Product calculations and analysis (Cost, Salary, IPO and
overheads).
• Production planning and statistics. Improve and provide
technical support
• Supply chain Management, Inventory Control and Cost
monitoring.
• Stock follow up of raw materials, packaging, work in
process and finished goods.
• Manpower and wages policy within the fields of
responsibility (with approval of GM/MD).
• Coordinate the training of staff to ensure all Gallothai
products meet the quality requirements.
• Product quality and utilization of the material,
including BRC GMP and HACCP
• Productivity and efficiency monitoring and reporting.
• Assist with product development and trials as required
• External contact with the authorities (the FDA, OYO,
Factories Inspectorate, employees' health service …)
when it’s necessary
• Environment and safety internal and external for the
whole company
• Member of the Management
• Production/factory management (including site admin,
supply chain) – with emphasis on process
improvements/efficiency improvements
• Quality – maintaining BRC A certification (Needs to have
worked with food safety standards)
