•Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
•Supervise the implementation of promotional and incentive programs of the restaurant.
•Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
•Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
•Help develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the efficiency of the restaurant.
•Address customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
•Participate in scheduling staff and managing labor costs.
•Support financial management by monitoring budgets, labor costs, and restaurant performance metrics.
•Perform tasks related to managing assets and equipment of the restaurant.
