We’re seeking a talented Digital Customer Service Supervisor to spearhead our team and elevate the customer experience for our e-commerce enabler clients. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Minimum of 5+ years in a customer service leadership role with a proven track record of success in an e-commerce setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and common customer challenges.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in both Thai (TH) and English (EN) is essential.
