• Ensure timely resolutions to ensure business user satisfaction
• Manage application issue resolution, problem resolution, and incident management
• Follow up until the closure of the critical operational tickets
• Gather business requirements and provide end-to-end solutions, form designs, implementations, realizations, and operation support
• Perform application SW configuration and enhancement
• Develop and perform all functional testing scenarios
• Prepare and perform cut over activities and coordinate with release management team
• Prepare and coordinate with release management team for deployment
• Manage and perform application support and maintenance
•Coordinate and work with the end-users and external vendors for new business requirements and problem resolutions (incident management)
• Be the trainer for super users/users
