2. Pre-screened and interviewed potential candidates in order to qualify the best quality candidate to submit to line manager.
3. Manage jobs ads announcing in the right channels, including organize job fair booths as needed to gather highest numbers of qualified candidate profiles serving to company requirement.
4. Organize recruitment documentation i.e. hiring request, hiring contract, assessment report, etc.
5. Monitor of all channels of the recruitment process such as Website, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn Line official, Job Fair and Trainee.
6. Summary report and monthly KPI relate to recruitment.
