รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and optimize overall warehouse flow since Inbound until Outbound process, include data update and accuracy in ERP system.
- Monitor and forecast inventory level to efficiently utilize warehouse space and avoid overstocking (warehouse full).
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area including coordinate work with concern parties to clean up aging and inactive/reject inventory.
- Ensure shipment and inventory transactions are accuracy in ERP systems and Physical.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees, include determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices (system flow, document flow and physical flow).
- Ensure Warehouse process/procedure update and align with company compliance and EHS.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or Vocational Certificate’s degree in Logistic management or any relevant fields
- At least 3 years' experience responsible on warehouse leader position.
- Knowledge on warehouse management system.
- Computer literacy, Excel required.
- Experience or familiar with food factory.
- Proactive, result oriented and teamwork style.
