Working hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.) / Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9)

Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation
- Prepare all necessary documents for Transportation, Bill of Lading and Import-Export documentation.
- Able to perform preliminary checks on customs tariff classifications.
- Capable of reviewing documents and possesses basic knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
- Has basic knowledge of submitting Shipping Instructions (SI) and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) information.
- Familiar with submitting amendments for Airlines, Carriers, and ground transportation companies.
2. Coordination with Clients and Suppliers
- Communicate and coordinate with clients to obtain transportation information, and liaise with suppliers, such as Airline, Carrier and ground transportation companies.
- Arrange and track the movement of goods through various modes (air, sea, and land).
3. Monitoring and Control of Transportation
- Track the status of shipments from origin to destination to ensure that goods arrive on time as scheduled.
4. Problem and Obstacle Management
- Resolve issues arising during transportation, such as delays, lost goods, or documentation problems. Coordinate to develop solutions and preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
5. Cost Control and Invoicing
- Monitor and control transportation expenses to ensure that costs remain within budget.
6. Vendor and Carrier Management
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party carriers, warehouses, and other service providers.
Negotiate rates and services with carriers to optimize costs and ensure high service levels.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Min. 2 years experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with freight management systems and MS Office applications.
- Both air and sea shipment are required, preferably in sea shipment experiences.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and international trade documentation.
- Able to speak English is MUST. If good or excellent communication is plus.
- Have responsibilities, hard working and well organized.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Stong in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Service mind and strong in work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Well time management and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule.
