คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- If you have a TOEIC score of 550 or higher, it will be considered an advantage (candidates without a TOEIC score are also welcome to apply).
