- Overseeing the office's daily management and general maintenance to ensure efficient operations of the workplace.
- Controlling the company's Gardens, Maids, Security, Building, Electrical, Air conditioning, Telephone, Lunch, office’s inventory.
- Position in first contract in the office.
- Service guest, visitor and contractor.
- Petty cash control, Income & Expense control relating to payment and invoices.
- Organizing community activities for internal team members.
- Managing ad-hoc projects or assignments as needed.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Procurement 40%
- Handling full procurement process: Sourcing, Register vendors, Outsource staff, Maintain vendor databases, Prepares purchase orders, Answering inquiries regarding order status, change, or cancellation and ensuring right timing for delivery.
- Do the parts cost comparison, reasonable price adjustment, vendor selection.
- Coordinating with internal relevant teams as assigned and coordinating with other departments across the organization to support their purchasing requirements.
- Seeks for ways to continuously improve purchasing performance.
- Monitor and renewal contract.
- Asset and inventory management.
