Senior QA Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
-Implement Quality procedure and system to comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
-Manage, Execute and Lead QA Team.
-Liaison with suppliers for process and quality improvement of supplied parts. And responsibility for Suppliers for Quality Engineer.
-Early involvement in production development to establish internal specifications.
-Develop and improve production, inspection and process control activities, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and risk management.
-Respond for timely closure of CAPA, Non Conformance Investigation Report (NCIR), Investigation and deviation.
-Problem solving for a vast variety of Processes and Quality Complaint issues
-Perform Quality activities in support of manufacturing to assure regulatory compliance.
-Develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting and problem solving. And lead in the quality meeting internal & external issues.
-Plan, control and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling and measurement systems.
-Provide training product quality to Inspectors, Technician, Leaders and operators
-Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated and accuracy.
-Created jig or go/no go concept to help QA Technician and Inspector to work faster.
-Calibration control and perform MSA. And manage a plan as measuring parts for new model such as FAIR, ECN to verify the product to meet customer requirement which correct method.
-Implement SPC control in critical dimension. And monthly summary to review trend of Cp & Cpk.
-To ensure customer approved sample are control in good condition and update when any change.
-Manage a plan and actions such as full lay out, MSA (GR&R, Attribute gauge), Product audit based on customer requirement.
-Part of APQP/New model team to meet customer requirement and supporting quality documentation.
-Maintain and conduct internal audit accordingly to IATF 16949, and improve internal auditor’s skill.
-To ensure substance required under RoHS, IMDS etc. meet customer requirement and define for all employees to awareness in RoHS requirement
-Control and manage MRB area by weekly tracking.

-Provide regular reports and updates as necessary.
-Execute RFQ and achieve quality requirement.
-Manage and execute project (duties) as assigned by QA Manager/Quality Mgr/MR.
-Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the work area.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in any related field Internal Auditor of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- Min Years of Experience: 10 years.
- Experience in plastic injection molding business
- Knowledge in Plastic and Injection Molding Business.
- Knowledge of customers quality requirements
- Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management, including key terms and definitions, modeling, systems design, assessment tools and reporting.
- Knowledge of fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems and professional ethics.
- Must have fundamental understanding of a quality system and its development, documentation and implementation to domestic and international standards or requirements.
- Must have a basic knowledge of understanding of the audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting results and follow-up.

- Ability to interpret regulations into workable processes and to defend those interpretation during formal audits.
- Ability to adapt to any process (understand manufacturability), be able to turn on/off internal/external liaison switch.
- Excellent analysis and systematic thinking skill
- Able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
