Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing new model, maintaining and improving an existing manufacturing processes with a focus on production capabilities and affordability.
- Creating and managing project plans (tasks, resources and schedules) for process development activities.
- Specifying, identifying and procuring new manufacturing equipment for production readiness and preparing equipment for production.
- Developing and optimizing process parameters.
- Developing/revising process documentation and work instructions.
- Provide support to production while trouble shooting assembly issues, machine adjustments and corrections, assembly parts issues and provide corrective action plans and assistance.
- Develop cycle time reduction goals and facilitate activities to continuously reduce cycle time and product cost resulting in increased capacity and reduce costs.
- Identify possible cost savings and plant improvements. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to ensure through the production success.
- Minimize the impact of customer issues to the daily operations and actively support the customer specific teams to resolve these in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the creation of competitive costing's
- Create accurate with technical process.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure specific targets are achieved and identifying trends and corrective actions and improvements.
- Responsible for estimating manufacturing labor time for team builds.
- Provide process control and troubleshooting support for the secondary operations
- Propose standard or method changes via STT procedure to accurately reflect current business or show improvements.
- Monitor and report daily production scrap supervisor to eliminate processing caused scrap or rework.
- Evaluate the setup sheets and process change sheets during production runs and also in the Job Analysis Summary meetings.
- Take action as required to ensure the most current documents are being used and update database as required.
- Other as assigned by supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in related field Engineering
- Strong experience in Assembly process
- 3+ Years of Experience with assembly process
- 2+ Years of statistical analysis experience.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing Environmental with Engineering nature
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and systematic thinking skills
- Ability to work with internal teams, engineering and Quality.
- Able to multi task
- Computer literate with respect to Microsoft and application software.
- Self-motivated, can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
