• Daily recruitment of platform VJ / Union and training and management of platform VJ / Union daily affairs.
• Responsible for the docking and management of VJ / Union, and maintain a good union ecology.
• Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the platform, the top VJ, and improving the retention and stability of the union and the VJ.
• Follow up various live activities, analyze the VJ and union data, and provide effective content for the development of the VJ and union.
• According to the business development situation, formulate the operation strategy of the the VJ and union to help improve the professionalism and revenue ability of the VJ and union.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years experience in internet operation, VJ and union management and BD operation.
- Possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills, clear logic in analyzing problems, and take the initiative to undertake work.
- Good data analysis ability, data and result-oriented.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have certain content union resources, good at mining high-quality unions, data and systematic operation awareness are preferred.
- Excellent Chinese or English listening, speaking reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language is preferred.
