1. Set policies and plans, including production targets, in collaboration with relevant departments to supervise the production of goods in the factory from the receipt of raw materials to delivery to the warehouse department to meet the standards and plans set to meet customer needs in terms of quality, cost, quantity and delivery time.
2. Supervise the production of goods in the factory to meet the standards and plans set.
3. Manage and supervise the production department to improve the environment in terms of occupational health and safety at work.
4. Coordinate with various departments to operate in the same direction and in accordance with the plans and policies set.
5. Manage and solve problems, including analyzing the main causes to control and improve the production process.
6. Develop and improve the production process, production methods and machinery used in production with new technologies continuously to increase production efficiency.
7. Encourage personnel to be motivated and develop their own potential.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, engineering or related majors
- Over 8 years of experience in electronics assembly at management level (EMS/CM)
- Dedicated, autonomous and passionate.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and technical problem solving.
- Good command listening, speaking in Chinese or English language.
