We are seeking a Finance & Admin & HR Specialist to manage the company's financial activities,daily administrative & HR tasks. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of finance and good organizational skills to effectively support the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, organize, and analyze daily financial data.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure smooth cash flow.
Assist with tax filings and related financial audits.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management and meeting arrangements.
HR management .
Assist other departments with financial and administrative needs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Associate degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or administration/hr.
- At least 3 year of experience in finance,administrative & HR roles.
- Familiarity with financial software and office applications, with some financial analysis skills.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and stress management abilities.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
