รายละเอียดงาน-Generate leads from industrial clients and consultants for industrial projects.
-Achieve order booking targets
-Conduct sales planning for specified services and segments.
-Develop new client accounts according to the plan.
-Maintain relationships with consultants and key customers.
-Adhere to sales process compliance.
-Perform competition analysis and develop strategies.
-Ensure smooth handover of orders to the Project Management Team.
-Manage advance collections and assist in payment collections.
- Strong skill in MS Office to prepare and do presentation for customers.
- Ability to do Estimation for Project and carefully analyze Materials Specification, Construction and Labor Cost.
- Manage Clients and prepare and submit Techno-commercial proposal in accordance to project standards, specifications and/or references.
- Ability to understand Isometric Drawings and do “Take-offs” from customers provided construction drawings, create BOQ databases for treatment and update such as necessary.
- Follow-up submitted offers to customers on a regular basis, including participation to technical, clarification & negotiation meetings, reviews and revisions of offers as needed.
- Coordinate necessary pre-mobilization activities upon project awards with the Project Management Team.
