-Ensure timely resolutions to ensure business user satisfaction
-Manage application issue resolution, problem resolution, and incident management (dynamic A/X2012)
-Follow up until the closure of the critical operational tickets
-Gather business requirements and provide end-to-end solutions, form designs, implementations, realizations, and operation support
-Perform application SW configuration and enhancement
-Develop and perform all functional testing scenarios
Prepare and perform cut over activities and coordinate with release management team
-Prepare and coordinate with release management team for deployment
-Manage and perform application support and maintenance
-Coordinate and work with the end-users and external vendors for new business requirements and problem resolutions (incident management)
-Be the trainer for super users/users
