As an Outbound Transport Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the outbound transportation activities, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers. Your role involves planning routes, managing schedules, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the overall effectiveness of the outbound logistics process. 1.Transportation Planning: •Develop and implement effective outbound transportation plans, considering delivery schedules, customer requirements, and cost efficiency. •Optimize delivery routes and schedules to meet service level agreements and minimize transportation costs. 2.Carrier Coordination: •Liaise with transport vendor to book transportation services, and communicate delivery requirements. •Maintain strong relationships with transport vendor to ensure reliable and efficient transportation services. 3.Customer Interaction: •Collaborate with related department such as DC to gather shipment details, delivery preferences, and specific customer requirements. •Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any potential delays. 4.Resource Allocation: •Work closely with distribution center teams to coordinate outbound transportation plans with inventory levels and order fulfillment needs. •Optimize resources together vendor management team, including vehicles and manpower, to meet outbound transportation demands. 5.Data Analysis and Reporting: •Generate regular reports on outbound transportation performance for management review. 6.Documentation and Compliance: •Ensure accurate and complete documentation for outbound shipments, including shipping labels, delivery docket, and customs documentation. •Monitor and enforce compliance with transportation regulations and standards. 7.Problem Resolution: •Address and resolve issues related to outbound transportation, such as delays, damages, or changes in delivery requirements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

•Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
•Previous experience in outbound transportation planning or a related role
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent organizational and communication abilities
•Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and related software
•Can work 6 days a week
•Can work in shifts
