รายละเอียดงาน
Corporate Strategy Planning :
Participate in defining strategies and growth directions, including the business portfolio, as well as co-responsibility for the process and development of business plans (Annual Plan & MTP).
Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.
Sustainability Business :
Review and develop ESG policies and related policies that are applicable to business operations and align with global trends and standards.
Coordinate, follow up, and provide advice to various department units to develop sustainability initiatives, and sustainability performance.
Project Management:
Lead or be a member of strategic projects, such as investments in new businesses or business restructuring.
Responsibilities include defining team structures, drafting various work plans, as well as promoting cooperation, coordination, and control to ensure that the project team operates according to the project's objectives within allocated resources and time.
Business Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Prepare and oversee the presentation of information related to the strategy, execution plan, and key performance indicators for important presentations and meetings, such as company management, various committees, shareholder meetings, annual performance evaluations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, or project management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Leadership and influence across cross-functional teams.
