-Market Intelligence: Implement a structured approach to regularly collect and update consumer/shopper/customer insights for defined priority channels and all activations.
-Channel Activation: Plan, Execute and Track activations including a Picture of Success executed based on both permanent as well as promotional deliverables.
-Channel Execution: Draft activity brief, prepare POSM, timeline, operation manual, and contract to ensure that execution of the month proceeds smoothly.
-Continuous Improvement Cycle: Imbed continuous improvement methodology to ensure that the commercial plans are executed with excellence in the market.
-Data Driven Sales: Use data driven sales methodology to drive efficient and effective sales decisions.
-Cross Functional Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional collaboration including with sales, brand marketing and finance; also other related functions.
