รายละเอียดงาน1.Help the company with oral translation for meetings. Need to communicate with office employees in China, Japan, and Taiwan.
2. Prepare daily expense reports and bookkeeping and collect invoice/receipt documents for an accounting firm to
review at the end of the month.
3. Perform the sales assistant job and prepare documents for import/export /quotation /transportation arrangement.
4. Assist the Director in completing customer requirements and arranging meeting schedules.
5. Welcome and greet customers and manage exhibition preparation.
6. Collect relevant documents and send them to the accounting office.
7. Translate languages for meetings, seminars, and events.
8. Do other related work as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Female, 28-40 years old
- At least 5 years of experience in administration and translation
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration or related fields
- Good at coordinating internal and external communication, quick learner, responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other general office software
- Proficient in Mandarin and English communication will be given special consideration
- Those who have a driver's license and own a car will be given special consideration.
