รายละเอียดงาน1) Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within the assigned region (Southern & West).
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.
- Provide coaching, on-the-job training (OJT), and development support to team members.
2) Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to increase market share and achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
3) Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4) Operations Management:
- Monitor and manage sales execution, operations, and accounts receivable (AR) to meet company standards.
5) Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team and key customers to drive continuous improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in Food industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
