Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on advanced mechanical design and engineering leadership, managing the design process for complex products from concept through to production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- •Specializations in material science, structural engineering, or automation design in machines, processes, and products are highly desirable.
- •3+ years of experience in product development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- •Strong technical expertise in product design, testing, and certification processes.
- •Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Proficient in engineering software, e.g., 3D/2D CAD, FEA.
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- •Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams through product development phases, from concept to launch.
- •Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- •Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
- •Proficiency in English.
- •Skills in automation design.
- •Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- •Excellent analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- •Improve existing products and processes.
