- Problem Solving: resolving any issues or emergencies that arise, whether related to guests, staff, or operational challenges.
- Financial Management: handling cash transactions, processing payments, and refunds.
- Compliance: Ensuring all front office operations adhere to hotel policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Extra services on site: Manage extra on-site services for guests.
- Stay offers: Prepare offers for clients and walk-ins and answer related questions.
