รายละเอียดงานSYN Ambassador Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Warmly welcome and assist VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring their specific preferences and
requirements are met with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Check-in VIP guests and escort them to their room, providing room orientation.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests throughout their stay, anticipating their needs
and providing personalized assistance to enhance their experience.
4. Coordinate special arrangements and amenities for VIP guests, such as room upgrades, dining
reservations, transportation, and personalized services.
5. Maintain regular communication with VIP guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure
their satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
6. Conduct guest recognition programs and loyalty initiatives to cultivate long-term relationships
and encourage repeat business.
7. Handle guest complaints, follow up promptly, and resolve any issues to ensure their satisfaction
and enhance their experience. Additionally, update the guest feedback report
8. Monitor guest reviews to increase the number of reviews and improve the hotel's ranking.
9. Collaborate with relevant departments to address issues highlighted in guest reviews and
implement proactive measures to continuously improve the guest experience.
10. Prepare detailed reports on guest feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
11. Assist in organizing VIP events, receptions, and special functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
12. Track special information of VIP guests and update the concerned department. Also, update it into the PMS for the record accordingly.
13. Familiarize yourself with room locations, types, rates, as well as property activities and services.
14. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and upsell rooms.
15. Coordinate with GEA for room status updates and special requests for VIP's Guest.
